What is the return policy?
We offer exchanges only — no refunds. We'll exchange a defective item, or one returned unused in the same condition we sent it, within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are made in person at any Mario Barutti branch — message us on WhatsApp and we'll point you to the nearest one. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
Are any purchases final sale?
All sales are final except for in-branch exchanges. We exchange defective items, or items returned unused in original condition. Personalised or made-to-order pieces can't be exchanged.
When will I get my order?
Free delivery across the UAE in 1–3 business days. We also ship across the GCC, with international on request.
Where are your products manufactured?
Barutti pieces are Italian-inspired in design and made to our specification using full-grain and crocodile-embossed leather, finished to age with character.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free across the UAE. Cash on Delivery is available for a 15 AED handling fee.
