1. Who we are
This store (baruttibags.com) is operated by Mario Barutti Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Barutti", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products
Our leather goods feature full-grain leather with crocodile-embossed detailing. "Crocodile-embossed" describes a textured finish pressed into genuine leather — our products are not made from exotic or crocodile skin. Product names are Italian words and our designs are Italian-inspired; goods are made to Barutti specification. Colour and grain vary naturally piece to piece — a characteristic of genuine leather, not a defect.

3. Pricing & payment
All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept card payments and Cash on Delivery within the UAE (a AED 15 COD handling fee applies). We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where pricing is clearly erroneous or stock is unavailable.

4. Exchanges & returns
We offer exchanges only — we do not offer refunds. A piece may be exchanged if defective, or if returned unused and in original condition, within 3 days of receipt, in person at one of our Dubai branches. Personalized or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer-protection law.

5. Availability
Many pieces are individually selected and held in limited or single quantities. If an item sells out after your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel and refund that item.
