Are these real crocodile?
No. Our pieces are full-grain genuine leather with a crocodile-EMBOSSED texture — the pattern is pressed into the leather. We never use exotic or crocodile skin.

Where do you ship?
Free delivery across the UAE (1–3 business days). GCC shipping available; international on request via WhatsApp.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, within the UAE, for a flat AED 15 handling fee added at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and Cash on Delivery (UAE).

What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges only — we do not offer refunds. Exchange a defective piece, or an unused piece in original condition, within 7 days, in person at one of our Dubai branches. Personalised pieces can't be exchanged.

How do I care for the leather?
Keep it dry, wipe with a soft cloth, condition occasionally with a neutral leather balm. Natural marks and patina are part of full-grain leather's character.
