Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in your Mario Barutti purchase. If your piece isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of wear.

How to start a return

Email us at mr.hassoun99@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

Want a different piece instead? Reach out and we'll arrange a direct exchange, subject to availability.

Items marked Final Sale and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
