By accessing or using baruttibags.com ("the Site") and by placing an order with Mario Barutti / Barutti Bags & Accessories ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.

Products

We do our best to display product colours, dimensions, and materials accurately. Slight natural variation is part of leather goods and is not a defect.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in AED and may be updated at any time. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including images, text, the Mario Barutti name, and product designs — is owned by Mario Barutti and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
